Refund policy
We have a 30-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to initiate an exchange or return. Shoes must be in brand new condition to be eligible for a full return, while any worn merchandise will be eligible for a store credit.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if it is determined that this policy is being abused by the user
To begin your return, you have two options:
1. Contact us at trirunningsales@gmail.com
2. Initiate the return through your Shopify customer account.
You will receive a return shipping label via email or it will be uploaded to your customer account along with instructions on where to drop off your return.
Once your order has been returned to TRI-RUNNING your refund will be processed. While we offer free shipping on all orders, a $12.00 stipend will be assessed for returns. The return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food and nutrition) and personal care goods (such as anti-chaffing products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Once verified that the product returned was the product shipped you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. It is during this process that the $12.00 return shipping stipend will be assessed and processed as well. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
